Sales managers look for two things: do you have hard numbers (revenue growth, quota attainment, customer count), and can you communicate in a structured way? Generic lines like 'strong communicator and closer' are skimmed past — quantified results stick. Keep the letter structured: a concrete result in the first paragraph, your method or vertical in the second, and a connection to the role in the third.
